Firm and Free Managing Directors Leanne and Andrew have a passion for health and wellness and have invested much of their working lives in to making a difference to people’s health and quality of life.

Andrew, Leanne live very active lives. Keeping fit and healthy has been a constant for decades. Andrew is a very keen sprinter and has spent many years competing in events such as the Stawell Easter Gift.

Injuries are part of any sporting endeavour and athletics is no different. During the search for limiting the injuries Andrew discovered a number of health and wellness technologies which he felt were extremely helpful to not only extended his athletics career but to also improving his performances.

Through this connection with athletics a passion grew for making a difference to people’s health, Andrew and Leanne invested in and set-up Osteostrong, a health and wellness business which focuses on Skeletal conditioning that assists people improve their bone density, increase strength, reduce joint and back pain, whilst improving balance and posture.

Leanne and Andrew decided to establish Firm & Free as they identified a real gap in the market to assist people with conditions such as incontinence, intimate wellness and sexual dysfunction. Often these are conditions that people just don’t speak about and the cutting edge technology used at Firm and Free are able to raise awareness of these issues and offer a real solution to help improve the quality of lives for their patients in a non-invasive way.

Andrew at the age of 55 is still a competitive sprinter and competes regularly at athletic meets around Victoria and Australia. He has found in particular the Emsculpt device used at Firm and Free to assist him and his clients to build muscle, improve physical performance and reduce the risk of injury whilst competing.

Their goal, through the Emsculpt is to assist our patients to increase and maintain a high level of physical performance, reduce chronic back pain, gluteal deficiencies and core stability whilst reducing unwanted body fat and inches.
